Water-cooled pumps require dedicated cooling water chillers and piping that frequently freeze in winter or leak. A water leak into a 300°C thermal oil system instantly flashes into steam, causing disastrous pressure surges and fires. RY air-cooled pumps completely eliminate water circuits by dissipating heat naturally.

What heating media can be circulated through RCB jacketed bitumen pumps?

Both high-temperature thermal oil (up to 300°C) and saturated steam (up to 1.0 MPa) can be used. The jackets are cast directly into the pump casing and covers, rated for internal pressure up to 1.0 MPa.

How to prevent bitumen pump shaft seal leakage during thermal expansion?
