Mechanical Compatibility & Heavy-Duty Metallurgy

Precision Eccentric Rotor Geometry

CNC milled from hardened alloy tool steel or AISI 316 stainless steel and hard-chrome plated (0.2–0.3 mm) for superior abrasion and slurry wear resistance.

Injection-Molded Elastomeric Stators

Seamlessly bonded to steel tubes using high-adhesion vulcanization. Formulations include abrasion-resistant NBR, chemical-resistant EPDM, and high-temp Viton/FKM.

Universal Pin Joint & Drive Shaft

Enclosed pin joint with hermetic rubber boot and silicone grease reservoir ensures reliable torque transfer without seizing or slurry ingress.

Technical FAQs

Seepex® & Netzsch® Replacement Engineering FAQs

Q: Are your replacement stators and rotors dimensionally interchangeable with Seepex and Netzsch pumps?

A: Yes. Our replacement stators and rotors are manufactured to the identical pitch, eccentricity, and outer diameter tolerances. They drop directly into your existing Seepex or Netzsch casing without modifying the suction housing, tie rods, or connecting shaft.

Q: Which elastomer compound should I choose for wastewater sludge containing oils?

A: For municipal sewage sludge with mineral or kitchen oil traces, we recommend oil-resistant black NBR. For acidic chemical slurries, choose EPDM. For high-temperature or aggressive organic solvents up to 150°C, choose Viton/FKM.
