Seepex® & Netzsch® Replacement Engineering FAQs
Q: Are your replacement stators and rotors dimensionally interchangeable with Seepex and Netzsch pumps?
A: Yes. Our replacement stators and rotors are manufactured to the identical pitch, eccentricity, and outer diameter tolerances. They drop directly into your existing Seepex or Netzsch casing without modifying the suction housing, tie rods, or connecting shaft.
Q: Which elastomer compound should I choose for wastewater sludge containing oils?
A: For municipal sewage sludge with mineral or kitchen oil traces, we recommend oil-resistant black NBR. For acidic chemical slurries, choose EPDM. For high-temperature or aggressive organic solvents up to 150°C, choose Viton/FKM.
